Corporate entertainment your guests will remember

Every show is shaped around the event, and we will always suggest what we think will land best for yours. In our experience a high-impact indoor opener runs 8 to 12 minutes. We can go shorter, or a little longer if the show is also moving your guests from one space to another. These lengths are for indoor corporate shows; outdoor and street shows work in longer sets, covered on the festivals and outdoor events page.

Loads of places, but these are the ideas that come up most. As a high-impact opener: the room goes dark, the drums start somewhere outside it, and the performers arrive through your guests and onto the stage. As the surprise between courses or just before the speeches. As the lift between award segments, a short burst of energy that resets the room. And as the move that starts the party, taking everyone from the main event into the party room. Moving guests from one space to another is something we do particularly well, because the whole show travels with the performers, so it can be bookended with a static performance at each end.

Nothing, apart from a clear space to perform in. The sound and the lighting are built into the show and travel with the performers, so there is no rig to hire, no cabling across your stage and, usually, no extra production cost on your side. We are quick on and quick off, and the stage is clear the moment we finish, ready for whatever comes next. High impact, zero footprint.

A clear stage area of at least 6m x 4m if you are using a stage, and any reasonably large room: a ballroom, banqueting suite, exhibition hall, hotel foyer or conference arena. There is usually somewhere for the show to go, whether that is the stage, the dance floor, around the tables or, very often, a combination of stage and dance floor. Clear space is the thing that matters.

Ideally not, but we can work around fixed items on stage if we know about them in advance and can plot the show around them in a brief rehearsal. The usual fixes are simple: the next speaker uses a radio mic, or the lectern waits off stage and comes on just before they do.

A space to prepare the show. Because everything is self-contained, that preparation happens off stage, in a secure room of around 6m x 6m close to the performance area, with tables, chairs, a large mirror and running water nearby. Beyond that: parking for one large van, access to the preparation space five hours before the first performance, and a hot meal for our team of six. Where on-site catering is not possible, a meal buyout works just as well. That is genuinely about it: the show is self-contained and easy to host, and we do not need a great deal from you. With a little notice, yes. The main parts of the show can be lit in your brand colours, and we have built custom endings around an organiser's own screen content. The characters and costumes stay as they are; organisers with a strong theme use the performance as the high-energy moment inside it.

We perform original live music with very tight choreography, and in our experience that is where the impact comes from. Playing along to a track you choose is possible, but it needs extra rehearsal beforehand for the cast to learn the music and the choreography, so talk to us early.

Our director. They drive, liaise with your team on the day, look after the lighting and the costumes, and do every job the performers cannot once they are in costume and make-up. You do not need to provide a lighting technician, and ours will not duplicate anything your AV team is doing.

Five performers and one technician as standard. The five-piece packs a remarkable amount of punch and works even on the biggest stages. For bigger events and budgets, seven to ten performers are available, and for thoroughly epic occasions the show scales up to fourteen.

Ideally we walk the performance space and run the show through three to four hours before we perform. Because the show is self-contained, there is usually no sound check to fit in. If a rehearsal is impossible on the day, we can generally manage without, provided the space meets our specification.

Yes, and it is a lovely way to hand over. The final hit of the show can be played by your next speaker or presenter, which makes a natural segue into whatever follows and a talking point for the rest of the night. We need five or ten minutes with them beforehand to run it a couple of times, and it helps if they are a confident sort.

The showreel on this page is the best place to start. We keep full performances off the open web, for the simple reason that the show gets copied, but tell us about your event and we will share more video of the moments that match it.
