Privacy & Cookies

How we handle your information.

Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains how Worldbeaters LTD ("we", "us"), trading as Spark!, handles your personal data and uses cookies on worldbeatersmusic.com. It is written to be clear rather than exhaustive; if you have a question, just ask.

Who we are

Worldbeaters LTD, a company registered in England (no. 10818244), Royal Quays Community Centre, 9 Prince Consort Way, North Shields, NE29 6XB, UK. We are the data controller for this website. You can reach us at spark@worldbeatersmusic.com.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiries. When you complete the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address and the details of your enquiry. We use this only to respond to you and to manage a potential booking. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps towards a contract.
  • Analytics. If you allow analytics cookies, we collect anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to help us improve it. Our lawful basis is your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (for example our website host, email provider and, if enabled, an analytics provider), and only as far as needed to provide those services. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's standard settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email spark@worldbeatersmusic.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use as few as possible:

  • Essential cookies. Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on and do not need consent.
  • Analytics cookies (optional). Set only if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. They help us understand how the site is used. You can decline these with no loss of functionality.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the cookie banner back. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

This is a plain-English policy for a small touring performance company. If our data use changes (for example if we add newsletter sign-ups or online payments), we will update this page.
